 Common Question:  What is the Difference between Whey Protein and Whey Isolate?

Our MIcro Whey protein isolate is the most pure and concentrated form of whey protein available. It contains 90% or more protein and very little (if any) fat and lactose. Whey protein has anywhere between 29% and 79% protein depending upon the product. As the protein level in whey protein concentrate decreases the amounts of fat and/or lactose usually increase.

Lactose Intolerance:  If you are lactose intolerant and want to watch your fat intake, Micro Whey Isolate is a better choice for using Whey.  While most people who are lactose intolerant can take Micro Whey Isolate there are a small percentage of lactose intolerant people who may have a lactose reaction even though the lactose is fractional.
