L-Tryptophane Use to Be in the Bag |

L-Tryptophane was used by physicians as one of the primary recommendations for moderate depression before antidepressants were introduced. I still believe it may be one of the best natural solutions to mild depression. Of course, depression is not a light issue and when one is despressed, they should not try to self treat.

Tryptophan Works Better Than Expected |

I was feeling anxious all the time and not sleeping well. I started taking your L-Tryptophan. Most days I take 1-3 capsules depending on my need. At bedtime I take one with your Melatonin. Even though I have never taken any meds for anxiety I cannot imagine any of them working any better - plus it seems more natural, sort of euphoric and smoothes me out. Thanks for recommending this - it really works. I just can't believe how something that is natural is so effective. You guys have been right about so many natural ingredients including your Everest Earth and Sea Formula - all these products do what you say. I suppose the purity you talk about is the difference because I have tried so many natural products and was very frustrated because I know they are suppose to work but only Natural Biology products have worked for me.
